Stefan Clifford

My Story

A graduate from Sheffield Hallam University, University of Nottingham and The Bartlett School of Architecture - UCL, Stefan believes that great design comes from a clear understanding of the client's aspirations, the buildings context and its use. This, combined with his passion for design, creativity and practicality has led to his successful delivery of an impressive and diverse range of projects.

Stefan has excellent experience in refurbishment projects - ranging from work covering heritage buildings to repositioning large department stores, head offices and office blocks into residential use. He has new build experience in the leisure sector as well as a portfolio including work on educational buildings including student accommodation, mixed used and research centres.

As a member of the British Council for Offices, he enjoys attending their events and learning how others have developed inspirational projects, which he finds useful both when designing and when mentoring future architects and younger designers.

A fair-weather golfer and reluctant runner, he balances work life with being a keen home cook and enjoying a pint (or two) in a local pub.
