Field & Leeke Street

Located near Kings Cross station in north London, the site was a former music recording studio with seven residential flats above, all in need of refurbishment and a replacement facade. Following consultation with the local planning authority, permission was granted in 2022 to create new open plan office spaces at ground and first floor accessed by a new main entrance on Leeke Street with new external roof terrace area, a new roof top extension to create two additional residential units and a replacement brick slip façade and green roofs with solar PV panels. Works are on site and expected to be complete in Spring 2025.
